Meet Grifol

Andrew Grifol is an athlete, fitness specialist, and personal trainer who has spent the last ten years helping others live their healthiest and strongest lives. With a background in biomechanics and kinesiology, Andrew is able to hone in on the unique and individual need of his clients bodies while challenging and motivating them to grow and evolve physically. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Andrew got his start on the baseball field, playing for twenty years before taking on the south Florida fitness world by storm as a resistance training specialist.
