by | Oct 10, 2022 | Podcast

As a co-parent, you want to support your child when it comes to the emotions they may feel about having two houses. This week the incredible Michelle Felder joins Michelle Dempsey-Multack to educate listeners on how to help children transition between homes. Michelle talks about how important it is to have conversations with your children about what their experience is at the other parent’s house without making them feel like you are digging for information.

In this episode of Moms Moving On, Michelle discusses:

  • Having open conversations with your children about how they feel about having two homes
  • Prepping them when they are getting ready to transition from home to home
  • Validating their feelings if they are feeling upset when having to leave
  • Having consistency in your co-parenting schedule
  • AND MUCH MORE
