If you’re anything like me, you don’t have the time to make it to a full one-hour workout class every day. That’s why I love this video that my friend Rikki Heiken, owner of my favorite Pilates Studio, Sweat Studio Miami, put together for us. I call this my “feeling strong” sequence as you get a total body workout from just these four moves, and I always fit this in when I need a little endorphin boost. 

From Rikki: “Do each exercise for one minute, and for an extra burn, add 30 seconds of pulses.”
